TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the OutBound Removal website and certain communications, estimates, and information provided through the website.
OutBound Removal is operated by OutBound LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“OutBound Removal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not replace any separate written estimate, work authorization, invoice, service agreement, financing agreement, or other agreement that may apply to a specific project.
Website Estimates and Pricing
Prices, pricing ranges, starting prices, load sizes, examples, and other pricing information displayed on this website are provided as general guides and are not guaranteed prices for a particular project unless specifically confirmed by OutBound Removal in connection with that project.
Final pricing may vary based on factors including:
The amount and volume of material being removed
Material type and weight
Accessibility
Stairs, long carries, or difficult loading conditions
Labor requirements
Project location
Disposal costs
Special handling requirements
Changes in the scope of work
Other conditions affecting the project
Construction debris, demolition work, heavy materials, specialty items, and other projects requiring additional labor, equipment, disposal, or handling may be priced separately from ordinary junk removal.
If the actual scope or conditions of a project differ materially from the information originally provided, pricing may be revised. When reasonably practicable, material pricing changes will be communicated before the additional or changed work is performed.
Online, Telephone, and Photograph-Based Estimates
OutBound Removal may provide preliminary or ballpark estimates based on information supplied by a customer, including descriptions, measurements, photographs, telephone conversations, text messages, emails, or website submissions.
Such estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Photographs and descriptions may not reveal all conditions affecting a project. Pricing may therefore be confirmed or adjusted after the items, materials, property, access conditions, or scope of work can be evaluated more completely.
Submitting an inquiry, photograph, website form, email, or text message does not by itself create a service contract, guarantee a particular price, or guarantee scheduling or availability.
Scheduling and Availability
Service dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.
Scheduling may be affected by factors such as project duration, weather, road conditions, equipment availability, disposal-facility availability, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may need to reschedule or modify an appointment when reasonably necessary.
Customer Authorization
The person requesting or authorizing removal represents that they own the items or property involved or otherwise have sufficient authority to authorize the requested work.
Customers are responsible for clearly identifying which items are to be removed and which items are to remain.
OutBound Removal may reasonably rely on the customer's instructions when determining which items are authorized for removal.
If there is uncertainty regarding whether an item should be removed, we may request clarification before proceeding.
Customer Responsibilities and Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project and disclosing conditions that may materially affect the work, including:
Stairs or long carrying distances
Limited or difficult access
Unusually heavy items or materials
Hazardous or potentially hazardous materials
Structural concerns or unsafe conditions
Animals or other site hazards
Access restrictions
Other conditions that may affect safety, labor, equipment, or disposal
Customers are responsible for providing lawful and reasonably safe access to areas where agreed services will be performed.
OutBound Removal reserves the right to stop, postpone, modify, or decline work when conditions are materially different from those disclosed or when we reasonably determine that conditions present an unacceptable safety, legal, or operational risk.
Restricted, Hazardous, and Specialty Materials
OutBound Removal does not guarantee acceptance or removal of every type of item or material.
We reserve the right to refuse materials or projects that we reasonably determine are hazardous, unsafe, unlawful to transport or dispose of, outside the agreed scope of work, or subject to licensing, permitting, specialized handling, or regulatory requirements that are not included in our services.
Customers should disclose potentially hazardous or unusual materials before service.
Certain materials or projects may require specialized contractors, disposal facilities, permits, testing, or other requirements.
Construction Debris and Demolition
Construction debris removal and demolition-related work may involve different pricing, disposal requirements, equipment, labor, safety considerations, and legal or regulatory requirements than ordinary household junk removal.
Any demolition or related work performed by OutBound Removal will be limited to work we are legally permitted and appropriately qualified to perform.
A description of a service on this website does not guarantee that OutBound Removal can or will perform every project falling generally within that description.
We reserve the right to decline projects that require licensing, permits, specialized environmental services, hazardous-material handling, or other qualifications outside the services we are providing.
Changes in Project Scope
If a customer adds items, materials, labor, demolition, access requirements, or other work after an estimate has been provided, the price and time required to complete the project may change.
We reserve the right to provide revised pricing or decline additional work that materially differs from the originally agreed scope.
Property and Work Areas
OutBound Removal will use reasonable care while performing agreed services.
Customers should notify us before work begins of fragile surfaces, concealed hazards, pre-existing damage, restricted areas, sensitive property, or other conditions requiring special attention.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope of work, our services do not include professional cleaning, mopping, restoration, repair, or preparation of a property for future occupancy or use.
Any cleanup or sweeping specifically agreed upon for a particular project applies only to the scope agreed for that project and should not be interpreted as a general cleaning service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Specific cancellation, deposit, rescheduling, or other project requirements may be communicated separately when applicable to a particular service or project.
Payment
Payment requirements, accepted payment methods, deposits, due dates, and other payment terms may vary depending on the project and may be stated in an estimate, invoice, work authorization, or other agreement.
Customers are responsible for amounts they authorize for services actually performed in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Electronic payments may be processed through independent third-party payment processors. Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Third-Party Financing
Financing options may be made available for certain qualifying projects through independent third-party financing providers.
Financing is subject to the applicable provider's eligibility requirements, approval, rates, fees, repayment terms, credit requirements, and other terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any financing agreement is between the customer and the applicable financing provider.
OutBound LLC does not guarantee financing approval, financing availability, interest rates, credit limits, or particular financing terms.
Customers should review and understand the financing provider's terms before entering into a financing agreement.
Third-Party Business Services
OutBound Removal may use third-party services to assist with scheduling, customer communications, estimates, customer relationship management, invoicing, payment processing, financing, and other business functions.
Use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms or privacy practices established by those providers.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information on this website. However, website information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.
Service descriptions, pricing guides, service areas, availability, and other website information may be changed or updated from time to time.
The website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, price, appointment, or project will be available.
No Service Agreement Created by Website Use
Visiting this website, submitting a form, requesting information, sending photographs, or communicating with OutBound Removal does not by itself establish a service agreement or require either party to proceed with a project.
Specific work may be subject to an estimate, approval, work authorization, invoice, contract, or other agreement.
If a separate written agreement applicable to a particular project conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs owned by OutBound LLC, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to OutBound LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-Party Websites and Services
This website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services.
OutBound LLC does not control independent third-party websites or their terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.
Use of third-party services is subject to any applicable terms established by those providers.
Privacy
Information collected through or in connection with the website and our services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, as applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to the extent applicable, without regard to principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, service providers, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
